Ask Djimi is my personal space on the internet: a place where I share insights from my journey in leadership, SaaS, ecommerce, and the many lessons picked up along the way. The name comes from a familiar refrain at Sufio, where I lead and manage our Support team. Whenever challenges arise—whether from my team or elsewhere across the company—you’ll often hear: “Just ask Djimi.”
It’s a phrase that started as a lighthearted comment, but over time, it’s come to reflect something deeper: the trust, experience, and knowledge I’ve built through years of working closely with people, solving problems, and navigating the ever-changing landscape of tech and customer support.
This space is an extension of that ethos—a place to explore ideas, share what’s worked (and what hasn’t), and connect with others on their own leadership journey
